JUDGE RULES on the case between The Louisville Kennel Club and others vs. Louisville Metro Government

On 10/01/2009 the honorable Judge Charles R. Simpson (U.S. District Court) made several rulings in the case filed by The Louisville Kennel Club  (LKC) in conjunction with some others against the Louisville Metro government.  The suit alleged in part that several sections of Louisville Metro's new dog ordinance were unconstitutional and therefore illegal. While the judge did not agree with the allegations made by the LKC, there were a few key items that the judge did rule unconstitutional.
